Lori Eckert, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist with 20 years of experience helping individuals with dementia, neurological conditions, and other complex health needs live safely and independently at home.

Prior to joining the Kith team, she worked across healthcare and academic settings, including Jefferson Elder Care at Thomas Jefferson University, where she coordinated programs, trained clinicians, and delivered home-based dementia care.

She is certified in Skills2Care®, an evidence-based caregiver training program, and has extensive experience with the Allen Diagnostic Module for assessing cognitive function. Her background also includes leadership at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital and teaching in occupational therapy master’s and assistant programs. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children.
